Definitions


  • Customer means the party which has ordered the goods and to whom the goods will be or have been supplied.
  • TT means Transponder Technologies Pty Ltd ACN 083 558 178, 2 Hamra Drive, Export Park, Adelaide Airport, South Australia 5950.
  • Goods means the goods identified in the relevant Invoice.
  • Invoice means the form upon which TT charges the Purchase Price (inclusive of all relevant taxes) for an order placed by the Customer for the Goods.
  • Purchase Price means the price identified in the Invoice for the Goods and any charge for the delivery of the goods.
